Absolutely lovely place. The manager was very kind and inviting. We really enjoyed our lunch. My fish and chips were lovely. Thank you for the great meal!

Me and my partner had lunch here for the first time. Really beautifu relaxing interior. Unfortunately we were not a le to select any of the dishes on their usual menu due to Christmas period but they provided a Christmas brunch menu which was really good value for money. The waitress was friendly and helpful. Definitely go back in the new year.

Good pub food. Visited with two adults and an 8 year old. Great selection of pizza for adults and children and perfect for lunch or dinner. Lots of choice. A small restaurant located at the back of the pub offering tables for all sizes. We had the steak and ale pie. Suited what we wanted and very reasonable prices. Parking to the side of the pub.

Popped in on a Tuesday night for a glass of wine and a bite to eat. The wine was good quality and very drinkable. There was only a pizza menu, but it was absolutely delicious and we will definitely be visiting again. The guys running the pub were really friendly and soooo helpful. Very bad experience ordered baked potato beans, cheese and side salad High lipped Plate arrived with potato cut open a little cheese on it and a pool of baked beans mostly sauce all over the whole plate including the few leaves of salad -not acceptable tasteless and looked a mess. However, staff very friendly and I was offered a replacement but as in a group timing would have been difficult

We were in the area and wanted somewhere for lunch where we could take our dog as it was too hot to leave him in the car. Change of hands in March but never been there before. Very friendly, welcoming, clean (ladies toilets were so nice I complimented them straight away the landlad, generally fresh and modern decoration. They sell Harvey’s Best (always a winner for my husband), good choice of food which was served beautifully, good quality, tasty and good value for money. Lovely pub garden, dog friendly inside and out. Highly recommend it and would certainly go back if in the area again.

We went for Father’s Day, the welcome was good, waitress was friendly and was on her own with most of the tables in the restaurant area full. The drinks were fine. The food was not good, in fact we requested rare beef roast and we should have been told it wasn’t possible as the meat was so tough and hard you could not get your teeth through it. The veg was so over cooked it was dehydrated. The cauliflower cheese was lovely but you were only given a teaspoon full as an afterthought on the side. Initially we thought the meals were child portions and a bit steep for the price but actually we were greatful they were when we got ours. The other food being served to other tables looked better but... Voir le carte
