New Hong Kong City - Carte

Drove past this place many times in the past, decided to stop and try it out. Ohhh I should have carried on driving past. Rude staff, poor service, cold bland food. Do yourself and your wallet/purse a favour swerve this place.

I have been visiting this establishment for sometime now, I live at the opposite side of London but I will come at least once a month for its dim sum. The quality of the dim sum is even better than those I’ve had in Hong...Kong!

four of us went to the birthday buffet. the staff was very helpful. we had many appetizers like chicken satay duck pancakes rib. haupts were sweet sour chicken, chicken curry shredded chilli beef. all very well cooked. I can't wait to get back to a fixed one. Voir le carte

Authentic, family friendly. The food is what you would expect if you were eating in China, I wouldn't go anywhere else with my family. Recently celebrated family birthdays here including my son who was visiting here from China and he was extremely impressed!!!

Very spaces Oriental restaurant serving great Chinese foods, buffet all you can eat with reasonable price. They have range of drinks including alcohol. Friendly Vietnamese Chinese staffs, location isn't great but if you have car you may find off street parking, bus stop nearby,...nearest station is New Cross London. Wheelchair accessible, toilet for male female separately but not clean, they accept wedding/ birthday/ anniversary celebrations up to tables with karaoke. It's sad due to the town is lockdown again. Therefore we order takeaway foods from HK city.

I had a really bad experience in this restaurant today. the short boss was so rude to me that it was incredible. I would never come again. they never go to eat there when it is the festive season. you are treated like dirt. I'm so many years in the restaurant trade, but never saw anything like that. so disappointed by my new year lunch. I had made a booking and when I arrived there was no table. I and my family waited for minutes before I chased the table, the short manager called me in front of all customers. I never felt so despised. pretty customer service from the manager. Voir le carte

We waited an hour before a waitress came to our table. The food came up in drips and drabs. One of our party ordered plain rice which come a good half hour after the mains were served. We had to go to the bar to...get our own drinks. Up on payment they tried to charge our year old full adult price even though he had a couple of duck pancakes and few spoon fulls if their cold egg fried rice. Plus they still had the neck to charge for service in the bill. Never again. Terrible staff. Rude and very slow. Shame, it had the makings of a great night. Left feeling ripped off. If I ordered worth of Chinese food at home we'd be eating it for a week. Very, very disappointing. No rating at all

a family of thirty visited the restaurant that was previously booked. we arrived, but I don't think they realized we were a color family. the manager asked to speak with my son and said that the appeal was open. our tables, because he doesn't know if we'll pay. he was the only one who started screaming and being very rude. we just wanted to know why the sudden change. we have set ourselves and waited for our food. I went to the gents when I saw the same manager coughing on the tellers of the food he wore, watching that it was placed on one of our tables and so we went. never in my life I have experienced such a bigotry in a restaurant and want others to realize that it does not all its seem...

if I could give an evaluation less than I would. the visit itself was manic and extremely disappointing. my friend and I visited with our daughters and immediately noticed that the employees were extremely rude, unfriendly and not helpful. because of a wedding... they sounded music (techno music), but the music gradually became louder and louder and at the end so loud that we were not able to keep a conversation as we could not hear. we had to sit out of ours to help us, as all the workers would go by, even if they saw that they tried to draw attention. as we mentioned, we wanted the buffet that made our daughters stand up in the middle of the restaurant, and measured them to ensure that the...
