"since 17 years we regularly visit the neptun on norderney and were generally very satisfied, earlier even enthusiastic. our visit this year ended disappointingly: first after the order ca. 80 minutes to serve the food at the table, which also led in other tables unmistakable. only after 75 minutes the waiter appeared and pointed out that “the food now comes in 5 minutes”. the most important ingredients of food (fish and meat) were well prepared. the separately served supplemental salads were unfortunately discontinued and remembered more of carbahnraststätten of the 90s. also the pommes had seen too much and too often fat. a pity! perhaps the owner/piano would be well advised to limit its restaurant capacity with existing personal tight passes in a feasible measure."

Fish Neptun is very tasty, three fish on the hosting. Unfortunately, the food wasn't hot. Fish fillet was ok, unfortunately like the pommes as a supplement also cold. The service was unfortunately rejected, beer did not come, espresso cold. Shame!

were there tonight on 05.05.2022 at 18 o'clock. one table for two. had a bottle of island fabric and twice northerneyer fishing plate. Conclusion: eating was different from the new cook, but nevertheless good the service and the service have improved very strongly.
