I had an amazing dining experience with excellent service. The staff graciously accommodated our early arrival and greeted us with smiling faces. I will definitely be returning soon.

What a refreshing change. Napoli feels so Italian, naturally so too because Mario and Maria are Italian and the restaurant feels like lots of friends have been invited to enjoy their company. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I went to Napoli to celebrate a friend's birthday with a group of 8. The service was fantastic - fast and friendly. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was lively but not too noisy. We had to leave quickly because the next reservation arrived (we weren't aware of the 2-hour time limit), but overall we had a wonderful meal.

I have visited this restaurant several times before and always had a good experience, but this time was different. The garlic bread was doughy and undercooked, the steak I ordered well-done was overcooked to the point of being burned, and the fries were of poor quality with small portion sizes. It seems like they are cutting corners to increase profits. The service, however, was decent as expected.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is truly welcoming and the service is fantastic, with friendly staff from beginning to end. I was impressed by the wide variety of options available for vegans, including a complete vegan menu. I enjoyed the delicious garlic bread and vegetable pasta, while my dining companion had linguine with fish. We both had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning in the future.

Family meal with grandchildren. Can concur with other positive reviews suffice to say food was outstanding especially the specials. Grandchildren were delighted at the chance to construct their own complimentary pizzas with all food and beverages reasonably priced. At 1830 on a Monday evening it was well attended so would advise to book in advance. Full marks for all staff and their interactions with grandchildren who had a blast. Three birthday parties tonight with all bells a whistles.
