Nando's - Carte

Great service and hugely aware of allergy issues. Really attentive and great environment. Great staff who were genuinely friendly and helpful. Lovely food.

Worst experience ever. told us we had to wait 25 mins, then said you cant have chicken or wraps, then said they dont take cash, only card. wont be going back

Burger bread was like a rubbery shoe sole, could not chew it! We ordered hot but was extra extra hot and otherwise not particularly tasteful, I could feel my lips burning for hours after. Voir le carte

I was greeted by Al, who warmly welcomed me and seated me. He was extremely attentive, which was wonderful. Today was just a quick grab-and-go for me, but I always receive great service at Hull. Many thanks to Al and the team!

I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. I have been to several Nando's locations, but only this one and the Windsor location have served my food piping hot, just the way it should be! The staff were very friendly and had big smiles. If I find myself in Hull again, I will definitely return to this restaurant!

My sister and I visited here yesterday The staff were lovely we always order 1/4 chicken with mash and corn on the cob. We asked for chicken legs which we got the only downside was that my mash was very cold I asked one of the waiters if it could be warmed up. They gave me a fresh portion which was piping hot nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so friendly they are a credit to Nando's. I'll definitely be back and I will recommend it to all my friends and family Voir le carte

We visited Nando’s for our daughters 14th birthday meal. I found the menu quite misleading as it wasn’t obvious sides were not included in the stated price. The bill came to almost £60 so I had high hopes for the meal. Upon arriving the potion sizes were very small. I paid almost £10 for a child sized wrap which looked lost on the large plate. The drinks were flat and not very pleasant. Overall I found the nando’s Experience very underwhelming, the food and drink that is, the staff were friendly and the service was fine.

We had to register details and had a half hour wait for a table, that was not a problem, it was a Friday lunchtime. On entering, customers are seated along the side and seemed well spread out. We were told to catch a waiters eye to get a drink top up, this proved easier said than done, we were sat out the way, and not one member of staff seemed to be looking round checking for drink requests. I had to get up and approach one in the end. Also, face masks are all well and good, but need to accompany other hygiene measures. Such as a male member of staff wiping his brow with his bare hand, then taking plates out.

Tonight my family and I went to Nando's for dinner. I ordered the 4 Piece Boneless Chicken Thigh, which I found to be quite tasty. My daughter tried the Sunset Burger, which was just okay - the chicken in it was a bit dry. My wife ordered the Half Chicken, which was not only very dry, but also had a piece of feather still attached to it. It was hard to miss as it was at least an inch long and very noticeable. I am disappointed in the lack of presentation and quality control at Nando's. With all the kitchen and wait staff there, how did this oversight happen? We probably won't be returning to Nando's in the future. Voir le carte
