"A baked potato, it 's innards whipped with melted cheese, topped with an array of fixings, depending on your order. Sounds simple right? When I first heard of it, I wasn 't too impressed. But appearances can be soooo deceiving! There are different kumpirs: Mexican, American, Bursa, original (just butter and cheese), free style (your own choice of toppings), and more. I got bursa and the boy got Mexican. Bursa had some sort of cous cous grain, bell peppers, yogurt sauce, and döner (kebab) meat. Incredibly tasty! The potato inside was fluffy and creamy, and complimented the toppings perfectly. The Mexican kumpir had beans and salsa and some other things that I can 't remember, but was equally as delicious. It wasn 't spicy though, which I think they said it was, but then again I have a higher tolerance for spice than probably most Germans. =P Anyways, definitely worth a visit. *Warning* Kumpir is VERY filling!!"

I personally ask them to mix it with the hot sauce, so good. Then they fill it with all sorts of good stuff. I usually get the free styler, which means I decide what I want on it, and they just keep piling the toppings into the potato. There is a lot to choose from, including chicken döner meat.
