Moma was an unknown quantity but now is a 'must ' when visiting Haslemere. From the moment we opened the door we knew we had made the right choice and it just got better as the evening went on ...

Nice addition to Haslemere. The food was different and excellent and the wine was delicious. A bit noisy on the upper level but fine on the lower area where we sat. Not too keen on the fatty smell that greeted us at the door but that didn’t spoil it too much. We will go again Voir le carte

They would have received 5 stars but for the noise level despite requesting a quiet location. I pulled out the decibel meter on my phone and it registered 75-80 (that’s an industrial vacuum cleaner to a food blender operating beside you). It peaked at 88! How can you expect to have a decent conversation with that amount of noise. It is a shame because otherwise it would be perfect.

Fabulous restaurant and a real joy to have something ‘different’ in our town. We loved our meal there, it was my birthday so special treat. Sat on top level by kitchen, busy and bustling on a Friday evening. Had cocktails, superb starters and we all chose the different fish mains and one friend had the risotto. All delicious. My only two observations are it’s not cheap and we felt a tiny bit rushed as they were about to serve our main dishes before clearing our starters away. Owner was smiley and friendly and so were the waiting staff. Lovely atmosphere , thank you

We visited the restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon, expecting it to be quiet, but it quickly became lively, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was outstanding, and the menu, though not extensive, showed thoughtful selection of dishes. We began our meal by sharing the tempura roll, which was delightful. I ordered the fillet steak, cooked to perfection, while my partner chose the pork belly. Both dishes were not only well-prepared but also beautifully presented. The service was courteous and efficient, with the staff demonstrating a good understanding of the menu and answering our questions confidently. We're glad we decided to support this new restaurant in town and are looking forward to... Voir le carte
