Outstanding restaurant in every respect. Service, Food, Value for money. Used to live local to the restaurant until 6 years ago and going back for the first time was worth the wait and not disappointing

The food at this restaurant was delicious, freshly prepared, and served in generous portions at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was a delightful discovery and a welcome change in Stoke.

Excellent place for a peaceful family/couple/solo meal with fantastic food and welcoming Host. I have been many times to Miso and every-time I have had a thoroughly brilliant time. Food is well priced for Japanese Cuisine.

When you first walk in to this place its a surprise as it doesn’t look much until you get upstairs it’s lovely. The staff are helpful and so welcoming the food is amazing could not fault anything. We would definitely recommend a visit to this little place with an open mind. We will definitely be returning.

The food here was AMAZING! We had sushi, bento boxes as well as the pork ramen and it was all delicious. The area where the restaurant isn’t exactly beautiful but once you go upstairs the restaurant is really cute and the service was outstanding. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely return if we’re in the area.

The restaurant was expensive and did not meet my expectations despite the positive reviews I had read. Perhaps it was just an off day, but after this experience, I do not plan on returning. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my disappointment with this place. The quest for outstanding sushi continues.

A wonderful Japanese restaurant that always makes me feel welcome, the staff are faultless and very polite but the food is the really star of the show for Miso, I've tried most of the menu but the Ramen bowls are my favourite with a massive portion of noodles, broth, veggies and meat coming together in a dish that'll make your taste buds sing and your belly full for hours. Don't miss out on Stoke's little piece of Japan! 5 Stars!

This was my first time visiting the only Japanese restaurant in Stoke on Trent, and I went with my friend Caroline. The exterior of the restaurant seemed a little off-putting, but we were warmly welcomed upon entering. We started with tempura prawns and pumpkin croquettes which were both delicious and freshly made. For our main course, we both tried the bento boxes. I had the duck which was cooked perfectly, although the black bean sauce was a bit too salty for my liking. The restaurant was bustling with customers, so I would suggest making a reservation. Overall, I recommend giving this place a try as it is definitely worth a visit.

We had the Ramen Bowls at this venue. I had the grilled chicken teriyaki and my partner had the veggie gyoza. First thing to say is both the ramen bowls were big and bigger than Wagamama bowls! The portions you get here are bigger than Wagamama portions! My grilled chicken was a generous portion and bigger than what you get at Wagamama. However, the meat was not as luscious and tender as the chicken you get at Wagamama. My partner said she liked the veggie gyoza and all the other vegetables and noodles in her bowl .
