Will give all sorts of excuses for not delivering food and will not refund customers shockingly avoid untrustworthy

We were fasting and the food was suppose to arrive 6.10pm. An hour later no food was delivered. Do not order from here!!!

Dropped in for a quick lunch after booking table on the Fork, Food was very tasty and price very reasonable. Restaurant very basic however serves its purpose and will be back.

EXCELLENT TASTING FOOD AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN !!! I can’t believe some of the reviews and peoples expectations when dealing with a business. Some people are so rude and so ungrateful. Whenever my dad comes over he will ONLY eat food from here as they know how to cook a proper curry. There is a reason why they had 12 branches !! Very friendly lovely staff and good food here !!!! Best in Coulsdon !!!

If I could leave a 0 I would. This place will make you wait over 2 hours even though you order via Deliveroo on a week night. And then have the audacity to blame you for the order being late. I told the person that they need to improve their timings and his reply was ‘ don’t order from us then’. They’re complete joke and no wonder why they keep getting shut down. It’s okay because it’s not their families waiting for their dinner. As long as their stomachs are full.

Pathetic service, placed an order which was first over an hour an 20 minutes late. They informed me via the app that the food had left, I then rang the restaurant as it still hadn't arrived. Only to be told the food was still sitting in the restaurant and they were still waiting for a driver. Then delivered to wrong address. Avoid these idiotic clowns.. you'll never get your order. Looking at the reviews the average wait time is 2 hrs.. even 1 star is too generous...

Paid £30 for food which didn't arrive and for a week this place has been pretending the manager is unavailable they don't want to refund it. Disgusting. Do not order from them directly or at all simply hooligans. May refer them to police. Constant lies. Update: had to go into the store and argue to get our money back. The boss, with dyed brown hair, said he doesn't know how to do refunds. He said he doesn't care about reviews he cares about Allah. AWFUL DO NOT EAT HERE! What a horrible horrible company! They don't deliver on time (waited 1.5 hours) they lie about why, and where you food is, one minute it's on its way, the next it's in the kitchen. They don't deliver one of the items without letting you know (so you might choose something else in it it's place) and then, here's the icing on the cake... They only give a partial refund! What has happened to this once excellent eatery? 3 of us arrived for dinner it was a Friday and the restaurant was empty apart from a couple sitting close to us. The starters were ok chicken tikka, onion and garlic prawns though on ordering the waiter could not speak hardly any English and it took us ages to order.
