"We arrived from Berlin quite late and decided to have something simple, quick, and near to our hotel. The restaurant is located in a quiet area. There was only one Vietnamese waitress serving 3 tables that night. She brought us the English menu. We ordered 1 chicken curry, 1 pho bo, 2 vermicelli with grilled pork on top.The waitress didn't speak English well, so we pointed what we wanted, including 3 'Tab water' (we assumed it was a typo on the menu) for €0.5 each and a beer. Not long after that the waitress came back with 3 glasses of sparkling water and the beer. We told her we want the normal tap water while pointing to the menu again where the 'tab water' word was written. And she explained in German mixed English implying that that 'tab water' was actually sparkling water, and for still water we had to get the bottled one (she pointed still water on the menu) costed for €5.7. We didn't want to argue, and accepted the drinks. Food came shortly afterwards. The food tasted very bland, but still edible. Pho was the worst, tasted like an instant pho. When the bill came, we were charged for 3 tafelwasser (in English: sparkling water) for €2.5 each, instead of €0.5 'tab water'. We asked again, and she said that 'tab water' was actually tap water with nothing on it. We said that was what we wanted! We had pointed 3 times when we ordered! And she just smiled, did nothing, didn't look sorry, and stood there waiting for our money. Either she was very ignorant or it's their trick of making more money."
