Unbelievable. Best Chinese food on the planet. I've just bought a house in the city centre and I'll still drive 20 mins each way to get my Chinese food from here.

Fantastic local Chinese use it very often, can be hard to get through on the phone at times but that’s the sign of a good Chinese takeaway, never had a bad meal from this place and all the staff especially the two ladies in the front are always very welcoming

Best Chinese takeaway in the area hands down. Some comments mention the wait times and not being able to get through on phones. This is due to the high volume of orders coming in, they don’t take the phones off the line (it’s just everyone else ordering) and the 2 hour wait is worth it. Voir le carte

We have regularly used Michael 's for literally years now for local takeaway food, and as regular customers it 's lovely that the receptionist recognises our voices and knows our typical orders, which have grown over the years along with our family and their friends! I can honestly say we have never been disappointed in any dish ordered over the years, and they have acted upon their mission statement of if your favourite dish is not on the menu to ask many times and they have always delivered. Recommend most highly!

Got a delivery last night from here. Genuinely one of the worst. Good points the fried rice was fresh the plain chow mein was fresh nice too. Bad points Breast Sliced Chicken Curry , it wasn’t breast sliced I got a chicken bone in my curry. The curry sauce wasn’t nice Salt and chilli chips were one of the most basic worst I’ve had from a Chinese takeaway, I’ve saw Scottish cafes have better attempts. Wouldn’t recommend and most definitely wouldn’t return. A thin bone in a Breast chicken curry how is that even possible?

Been using Michaels now for the past 3 years and normally order once a week. There are 3 Chinese takeaways in this area and Michaels is marginally better than the other two. Be prepared to hit the redial button when you phone as it’s often busy (our record is 81 times) before giving up. Staff in the shop are pretty friendly however different kettle of fish when rating the delivery driver woman. We’ve maybe had deliveries 3 or 4 times in the 3 years (last night she even moaned about where our house was, she said she had a big car, it was hard for her to get out and asked if we could tell the shop the next time we order a delivery).Now, maybe I was having a bad night (just come out of a 6 nigh...
