quick stop to breakfast, this location is easily accessible for heathrow, mobile order our food on the table. Women's eating staff could smile and interact more.

Used this branch many times over the past 10 years. It's always busy, lots of taxis use it for parking, so have to be patient if wanting to park and eat in. Usually take away, then park round corner Voir le carte

Overall the staff was there helpful but the burger I ordered was small and there was no ketchup offered in my bag for chips but due to the covid I would not downgrade the company the staff did work hard and efficient.

visited this restaurant, ordered food that was burned. I'm pretty uncomfortable. this had to remain longer in situ than expected. now followed by debt collectors in the name of mcdonald. will never use mcdonalds again. avoid them.

Ordered a delivery for the family on Christmas Eve. Waited three hours and it didn't turn up. When we called the delivery man he said he had already delivered! We were left with no food on Christmas Eve because it was too late by the...time all of this happened to order from somewhere else. Very disappointing/ Voir le carte

Extremely busy and very efficient which I expect from McDonald’s Downside was self service ordering machine was out of order and no sign on it so it took the order and payment , processed it but no receipt . Several people did use as well...but staff did honour transactions . Under the circumstances of extreme pressure they did well to cope

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I was forced to take one. their toilets were so dirty that they looked like they were not cleaned in weeks. seat and bowl were discouraged and the back covered with dust. even the other customers in the line complained. it put me off my eating when I asked myself how clean the kitchen would be if the toilets were so dirty. where can I report it otherwise, because I have previewed a break out of a day? I'm not a clean freak, but I guess good hygiene. terrible!

I’m a Swiss high school student who came to Cambridge for a language trip. We went to eat there several times as it is internationally known. This fast food restaurant is great! The service is fast, the employees are very attentive. There is even French...staff for francophones who have some problems with English. In addition, there are automatic terminals from which you can choose your menu and pay, it's very practical if you don't understand the displayed menus. Prices are very accessible but the food is not very salty compared to the Macdonals in Europe. Voir le carte
