The food tastes quite solid for a chain like mc Donalds even if the burgers are often already cold and crisp. For this reason, there are only two stars for the food because I expect at least warm food. Let us now come to the problem which justified my assessment. The staff is absolutely incapable. Even with two customers, these brain-butted intelligence allergy sufferers do not get to hand your order completely into your hands. Of 10 orders, you can be lucky if everything is there at one time. I've had it so often that I didn't buy more than a single burger and an apple or strawberry bag and missed one of the two things. Of course, it's annoying if you're hoping for some expertise and then you'll notice half of your order at home. Today I first ordered a big Mac with pommes and three strawberry bags. My burger was cold when I left the store, and my pommes were filthy. Apart from that, Ketchup and all three strawberry bags missed. But that only occurred to me halfway back home and made it to overflow. I don't expect much of a mcdonalds, but I expect some expertise. Only right if the customer is limited to 3 orders. And as if that's not enough, the staff is still unfriendly when you talk to them. Few apologise for the mistake or hand over your missing food at least kindly. Mostly you get eaten and get the food felt thrown behind. I once witnessed that an employee threw the burger easily on the counter, so I almost fell down. Another problem is cleanliness within the filiale. The floor sticks permanently and the garbage buckets are almost always overcrowded. In some cases, eating remains are on the same table for longer periods. The staff only cleans the tables very rarely. Conclusion: The staff is mostly unfriendly and incompetent to hand over a complete order to the customer. As someone who was active in the gastronomy itself, it is very disappointing to see how difficult such a simple task falls to some people. At least, after the mistake, they could be friendly with the customer. My recommendation: Save the money and go somewhere else. You save some trouble and damn much money for such a quality. From this, the stuff is all but healthy"
