Went for a Sunday roast. Staff were friendly and the food came really quickly. The meat was delicious and the potatoes, Yorkshire's and veg was yummy. Very reasonably priced and large portions.

Very poor service. 30 minutes wait for Beans on toast at breakfast when they had the buffet on... Vegetarian sausages that look burnt to a crisp and didn't come out till everyone had finished . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love Maypole, we came for the buffet breakfast. You can't go wrong everything you want. Chris the manager is an excellent host and couldn't make us feel more welcome. Highly recommended if you are in the area! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

good service very friendly young lady waiter cozy and still kovid safe. well boiled eating, although huh medley was a bit crispy dark, but delicious tasty had the tomaten salsa with it can not name rem, but was not pfeffer maissoße it was good. Not sure that plastic pint glass was bigger and needed 2 hands to pick it up. only a few dirty watermarks on it.

Very disappointing to say the least. From when we arrived and there was an issue with our booking which the person seating us had no clue how to deal with, to the service which was absolutely atrocious, only two people taking orders, one of which was only half available as she's was dealing with app orders as well, when she was back it was pot luck as to who got served first, never mind who had been waiting the longest! The crumbed mushrooms were soggy and the batter fell off, the mixed grill was grey and tasteless, the BEEF and ale pie was beefless and the gravy was like glue! Definitely won't be going back.
