"I love seafood, and love watching foodie channels and programmes. For so long now, we've wanted to eat at a place that blew our minds. Howth is great but I have never had the pleasure of a seafood platter like at Matts. We ate it as mains for 2 and it could have been enjoyed by 4 but don't you da4e make it smaller Matt. Just out of this world. I'm not lying when I say I woke up the next day and it was the first thing I thought of, haha its that good. We are booking again."

Had the fish and chips, fishing was on point lovely thin crispy battered haddock, unfortunately chips were really poor like cardboard reheats! Service was very good.

Our very first restaurant visit in Dublin. AMAZING!!! Nadia was our server and she was beyond delightful! Food was excellent and so was the service. Will recommend to friends who will be in Dublin summer of 2024!

Super food just disappointed that what I really wanted was out of service on the night. But this can happen. All staff were really nice but they seemed very busy and took a while to get service. Even still it was really great and again, the food was top notch. Voir le carte

One of the best seafood restaurants in Dublin. The place can be noisy when crowded and reservations are a must. Staff is very friendly and professional. The food is fresh and high quality very wine and liquor selection. Recommend a Connemara 12 Whiskey with Irish Oysters.

Ordered the Fish and Chips, fish batter was nice but the fish itself crumbled into flakes, which was sort of hard to eat from the plate. I’ve been here a few times and never experienced fish like that before, perhaps over cooked. I tried the scampi from my other family member and it was really good so I will try that next time.
