spectacular place in the high cava in madrid. the unbeatable food in quality, very careful treatment and with a magnificent chef. place to go on repeated occasions and try each of the dishes available. The carabineros chrome is a must-see dish. I'll be back.

We'd heard of matritum and decided to try so many dishes. Alvaro has been a perfect cicerona and has taken us through a cooked, elaborate and magnificent raw material. magnificent winery and a cozy atmosphere perfect to enjoy a Sunday among friends. We'll definitely be back!
