Very nice Indian restaurant with excellent food and pleasant service. The staff provided very nice suggestions and was very attentive.

The Indian food at this restaurant is excellent. The flavors are delicious with a hint of spice, and everything is freshly prepared. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is attentive. We had a great time and can't wait to come back again.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and packed with flavor. My family and I are big fans of Indian cuisine. My personal favorite is the butter chicken, but the panipuri is also a great choice. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys spicy food. Voir le carte

Had dinner with my family and it was a hit miss. Main course was bland and average. I had really high expectations in which Masala Zone fell short. I ordered a thali, biryani, some chicken and desserts. Desserts were far more delicious than the main courses. Restaurant decor is beautiful, service is good (can be better though) and pricing is on the higher side. Can be tried if you are in London and craving Indian food.

We began visiting Masala Zone last year when we visited London for a month. It was the first restaurant we visited on our return this year. I had always found Indian food to be a low priority for me. This has definitely changed. On our first visit Karan, our server, took the time to assist us in choosing food that matched our preferences and the result was memorable. Since then, we have come to both rely on Karan’s guidance and our conversations with him about Indian food and its preparation. On our latest visit we turned the ordering of our meal over to him and had a new dining high. I highly recommend both Masala zone and Karan.

We were celebrating a farewell and decided to have a team dinner at this restaurant. The table was originally booked for 8 people, but we had a few additional members join later on. We spoke to a man wearing a blazer who appeared to be the manager, but he seemed inexperienced in customer service. When we arrived, we asked to change our booking to a table for 10. Even though there was a table of 4 nearby that would soon be available, the staff member we spoke to refused our request without even checking with the customers at the nearby table.
