Les personnes qui se plaignent de cet endroit ne savent pas comment manger, point final. La nourriture était vraiment excellente. Les desserts valent à eux seuls le déplacement. Cet endroit mériterait certainement une étoile Michelin. Je suppose que cela dépend plus d'une raison politique, comme le petit choix de vins, que de la qualité de la nourriture.

An appealing menu of local foods all prepared with distinction. Imagine sitting in the natural environment of the Camargue wetlands with fabulous food as swans float by and horses graze. The tapas starter plate was overwhelming and the bull steaks delicious, topped off with desserts that are only matched at the finest Parisian establishments. Nous étions un groupe qui avait passé de nombreux appels pour réserver et nous nous sommes retrouvés assis à une table de conférence large, impossible de parler à la personne en face. Cela a été réglé après beaucoup de disputes qui ont gâché l'ambiance. La nourriture était correcte mais... très très chère. Je trouve indécent de facturer € pour une assiette de pâtes pour un enfant. Les plats pour adultes étaient peu imaginatifs, des pousses d'asperges pour l'un et un poisson moine trop cuit pour l'autre. Désolé, mis à part le joli environnement et le personnel poli, rien ne parle en faveur de ce restaurant.

Such a shame that the exterior dining area is just deck over looking the pond with unattractive and inefficient mosquito grills forming a short of cage. Also the tables and chairs were not chic but rather basic, like you might find in a school or canteen and this distracted from the experience of fine dining. The food was excellent and updated French classic such as a foie gras brûlée on a plate of wonderful foie gras served three different ways. My risotto of camargue rice was one of the best I've eaten. The pudding was competent but it was obvious this is not a pastiierie chef. Lunch was also very good, light and fresh.

Au milieu de la zone humide et entouré de cygnes blancs et noirs avec vue sur les chevaux de Camargue qui paissent, ce restaurant vaut le détour. Les tables sont dispersées sur une très grande terrasse à côté de la piscine et de l'eau entourant le restaurant. Le menu du déjeuner met l'accent sur les produits locaux, ce qui est bon de profiter de goûter, comme nous le faisons habituellement, quand nous sommes dans un endroit différent et exceptionnel. Tapas et carpaccio de taureau et pour suivre un énorme steak de boeuf qui était absolument délicieux, un morceau de sauvage saumon cuit à la vapeur et des spaghettis au homard. The restaurant is well worth a visit. The menu offers a very nice selection of starters (Dorade Royal come un Maki is a must variants of fish and meat as well as desserts. During our stay in the hotel I think we tasted...pretty much everything from starters and mains and we have to say that everything was close to perfection in cooking and presentation. Before every meal you get served an amuse bouche of course as you would expect in a restaurant of this class. The wine list offers a good selection of French wines and has not left us missing anything during our stay. my man and I were for night in the mas de la fouque hotel and we had included the breakfast and dinner. for our dinner we had a great experience. eating was particularly good. the cook is very creatiw and cooks... really good dishes. in the first night my man had the risotto. he thought it was a really good dish of rice, but not a real risotto. then he chose the sortiment of cheese that was very good and as for me, I chose the lamb that was very tasty and the chocolate/mango dessert. it was so good! the mix of chocolate and mango was perfect! before we started to eat our dinner, they brought us some amuse beech (very tasty) and after dinner some sweets / mini cake! the service was really per...
