"After a wonderful day in Heidelberg, we wanted to leave the evening with food. We were there a little too early, but a very sensitive waiter still let us go friendly, with the indication that it would take a few minutes. A few minutes later he already accepted our order. He went on to our 5 year old child by heating the OSaft extra and also brought extra a small fork for him without having to say something. The panned carving was freshly fritted, our 2 flame cakes were excellent and the apple strudel was also great... When an older lady (possibly regular guest) entered the restaurant, the waiter went to meet her and asked if he could bring her a red house wine, which she was very pleased. He made smalltalk with her until her accompaniment came to the restaurant. All in all a cozy place with beautiful background music, good food at healthy prices... I highly recommend this place!!"

The market building is very nice in Neuenheim if you don't know the surroundings, this is definitely worth a visit. The flammable cakes are a speciality, but of quality quite averaged. You eat here because of the nice mood and the friendly staff.

What a pearl in Neuenheim!!!! Not only the most attentive staff, but also absolutely friendly!!! The food is GERMANY with French influence! The flame cakes are legendary!!! In summer you can enjoy the picturesque marketplace in Salat and a Radeberger beer!

Was here for dinner last weekend with friends. They have stayed longer than planned, as the South Mediterranean ambience on the terrace, the excellent food and the attentive service allowed us to stay until the local conclusion.
