Very welcoming, great food, lovely relaxing place! Visited on Saturday afternoon with my mother and grown up daughter. We were welcomed so friendly. The staff are very familiar, yet professional, it sets you at each and makes you feel welcome. The food was delicious! We will be back.

We came here for a family get together over the christmas period having been a few times previously. The food gets better every time. One of the best Italian restaurants I've discovered in London. They make fresh handmade pasta every day, and the chef is truly exceptional—cooking with love and passion. The staff is very polite, and the owner is incredibly friendly! The menu transports you to the Amalfi Coast with its delightful aromas and vibrant colors!

Having been let down by some very poor customer service in relation to our booking across the road at Zaza tonight, we decided to take a chance on Mamma Rosa and I'm so glad we did! We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. My parents had dined here before, and we decided to go together without a reservation. The staff was very attentive, and the food was incredible. My parents enjoyed their fish with vegetables, while I had the shrimp pasta, which was honestly amazing. They also loved the wine. Absolutely delightful dining experience! My wife and I were recommended this restaurant by a friend, and we were pleasantly surprised. Finding authentic Italian cuisine outside of Italy can be quite challenging, but Mamma Rossa has truly impressed us with its flavors and quality. Everything is made fresh daily by their excellent chef, Lilo Walter, and his family makes you feel welcome. They are more than willing to accommodate any changes you might want for your dish. We will definitely be recommending this restaurant to our friends and family!

We tried this Italian restaurant in Ruislip for a late brunch and were impressed with their two course early bird menu which is very good value at £14 per person and delivers in terms of food quality. I went for the parmigiana to start which was well balanced and simply scrumptious. For my main I tried the rigatoni alla boscailo which was a mushroom pasta with a gorgonzola and cream sauce. Vegetarian pasta frequently disappoints especially when on a set menu but this certainly did not. You will find great service in Mamma Rosa and it is so nice to find a decent Italian restaurant a stone's throw from home.
