Today I went to Mama Gina to taste their menu based on brunate onion. Spectacular. I started with an onion and porcini mushroom soup with an ancient flavour, then I took a strozzapreti with onion and veal sauce cut with a sublime knife, and finally salami with polenta and onions. Attracted by the reviews I decided to have lunch in this restaurant, it was not what I expected. The environment wants to seem refined, but in reality it appears cold. Mediocre food quality, high prices for what is offered. Absurd wine prices, a bottle of Inferno €55, I'm still laughing! Restaurant suitable for foreign tourists who do not know the flavors of the area. From Como I can say that we are NOT there at all. Impeccable service, nothing to say.

Oggi ho avuto il piacere di pranzare in questo locale che mi era stato consigliato da un’amica fidata. Esperienza indimenticabile: una vista mozzafiato, piatti superbi e un ottimo servizio al tavolo caratterizzano questo locale, rendendolo una tappa obbligatoria per tutti coloro che apprezzano la buona cucina, la tranquillità e i panorami mozzafiato. Tagliere di salumi buonissimo, spaghetti al pistacchio e burrata che si scioglievano in bocca e tiramisù così cremoso da risultare uno dei migliori mai mangiati nella mia vita.
