"First time having dinner at Madera, but by far, we had the best customer service compared to any other restaurant we’ve been this year, and that was thanks to Pablo, an amazing and very welcoming person who looked after us. The atmosphere was nice, giving us the Ibiza vibes, a lovely place, plus we had a great table by the window with an amazing vue. The food was also great and tasty, the portions were huge and value for the money, again, quite good compared to other restaurants. If I will come back again, ????????! the vibe and the venue will make you feel like you’re on holiday."

we loved the atmosphere in the restaurant, swing and fun. Unfortunately, the table next to us was more than dizzying, they screamed about the table and were so loud that he ruined our experience.

nice atmosphere, but eating was very disappointing and was cold! the workers were very good in the way around with the problem, but it ruined the evening. alcohol was very expensive. £60 is a lot of money to pay for a bottle prosecco.

We found this restaurant chance on Google maps and it was excellent. We had no idea that it was on the 15th floor with views above the London rooftops, until we arrived. The food (including a comprehensive vegan menu) was excellent and the service was impeccable. My only complaint was the loud music. Something traditional Mexican/Spanish would improve the ambience, but that is my personal taste. We would definitely go again.

The views of this restaurant were great and the food was lovely too. However, we had to wait ages to get our order taken and had to wait ages to get served. We got our starter at the same time as our mains. Two of our mains came out at the same time and then the other person had to wait another good 5 minutes before her dish came out, only after asking twice. Wouldn't recommend for that reason but maybe they were just understaffed. The decor and food were nice.

It was all OK but not spectacular. Service friendly but the staff appeared disorganised so had to ask for things a few times. The brunch is meant to offer unlimited churros but we waited ages for one small portion of 6 churros then had to ask for more, after which point we gave up as we needed to leave. The margaritas included in the brunch were very disappointing, particularly for a place that is meant to specialise in them. The food was OK but some dishes tasted a bit bland. It is a beautiful location and setting but didn't blow me away sadly.
