I stopped in for drinks before a night out and was pleased with the quality of the cocktails and service. Sergiu was very attentive and made some fantastic drinks. I will definitely be returning.

During our stay at The Sanderson, we visited The Purple Bar for a night. This sophisticated and luxurious bar is dark and decadent, and definitely worth checking out. It's ideal for late night, intimate drinks.

Perfect intimate setting, for that special moments with a loved one. We booked in advance to on in a Saturday evening and we weren’t disappointed. Note it’s a bit pricy... £97 service charge for a bottle of rose champagne but worth it! Highly recommend!!

Very Nice and Cosy Cocktailbar in the Sanderson Hotel Beautiful design, everthing is purple of course. Cosy en perfect for a romantic date. Excellent Cocktail menu and spirits list. You can choose 25 types of rum/whisky etc. Must visit this place for a drink. Very friendly and well trained staff.

This bar is for hotel guests only however the barman allowed us to have a drink here as The Long Bar was very busy. It’s very cosy and intimate, a great place for date night drinks. The cocktails were amazing and they even made my boyfriend one that wasn’t on the menu. The staff were great and if we’re allowed to return without being hotel guests again we definitely will. This bar is for residents of the hotel only after 11 p.m. and is great if you want to have a bit of quiet and relax. We went in here on our return from the theatre, and the lovely young girl behind the bar remembered us from a visit a year ago, and even remembered what we drank! How is that for service? We had some supper and a few drinks and chatted with the young lady, who was very helpful and knew a lot about the hotel and it's surrounding facilities.

It seems as if I spend my life trying to find good base in London where I can sit on a bar stool, chat to others at the bar and the bar staff and drink a decent gin martini in a good location and a pleasant environment. The purple bar at the Sanderson fulfils all this. The mixologists know what they are doing. They are prompt and pleasant in their service. There is a great selection of wine as well as spirits and cocktails and for what it is, the prices are reasonable I will certainly be back soon

I visited last night with my partner to celebrate her birthday. I've been many times before, mainly when I've stayed at the hotel, but last night we stayed somewhere else, so I called and booked a table, as you cannot just walk into this bar without a reservation. We had a few cocktails before heading off to Hakkasan. The decor is amazing and the cocktails are what you would expect from a top London bar. Prices aren't cheap, but for a special occasion, they aren't that bad. Still cheap than Ibiza..!! I'd highly recommend for a couples night out. I find it hard to fault Purple Bar: Voir le carte
