Very good selection of different meat meals such as burgers, wraps and grill. Good selection of German beers. Very friendly staff. Would recommend for visinting.

Ok place if you are a big crow as we were willing to eat something around 11:30 pm, standard pub food of ok-ish quality, beer also ok, but there are better place in the area

Nicely layout, the restaurant offers both indoor fine dine and outdoor seating. The place is always happening, service is very quick and food to taste. Being a vegetarian, i managed to get ample options for dinner Voir le carte

Nothing special but steakhouse standards in that chain restaurant. Deco with red bricks, wooden furniture, neon signs, vintage lamps, TV screens. Lively fun ambience and solid food offer. We were quickly served juicy burger with Cajun fries and coleslaw, BBQ ribs, homemade lemonade, Louisiana stout. Fair.

Walked around in this area looking to have lunch and decide to stop here. The place was not that full which is ok. The food was average, nothing special. It supposedly American food, there was only couple items American. The rest are mix menu items. The service was ok. I should went to an Argentinian restaurant down the street.

Sat semi outside (nice warm heaters) atmosphere buzzing as was bank hol weekend. Nice menu - creamy mushroom pasta, garlic bread and chicken - superb, spinach pasta - gorgeous and chicken and spinach baked potato- beautiful. All well presented, hot and tasty. The restaurant was packed to the hilt, but we managed to find a place. It took a while before a waiter came over to take our orders, but when the food did arrive, we had no complaints. It was worth the wait!Anything with spinach is good and healthy and we savoured every bite. Despite the long wait, we were there again - the following day, determined to introduce some new people to the food. Please, could you do something about the waiting time? That was the only thing we did not like about LOUISAN.

I am sooooo disappointed with such service they should be ashamed! My friend and I stood waiting for any waiter to seat us,, once we finally sat it was a tiny table on the very top floor which was all dusty! We then waited 20 minutes for someone to take the order but no one showed up so we went down to approach them.. we tried the nachos soooo average you could barely taste the cheese,,the sauces were pretty good,,, the chicken fingers were okay too. Rude waitress just threw the order on the table and walked away. We then waited a longer time to pay the bill...not to forget the super busy waiters all over the place really stressed me out!! Train your waiters or get more!!!!

The service was good, friendly, prompt. The drinks were fine.The food was a joke, just terrible quality, i had a burger, and this is only my guess, but i would say it was not made in the kitchen, and was most likely from frozen. The burger was extremely greasy and looking at the meat, i just didn't feel safe eating it, and just left it. The chips were also from frozen, just extremely lazy and sad miserable food. It is such a shame that places are so lazy that they cant make fresh food. A burger is extremely easy to make, and at 10.50 euro for this burger, i would advise that the owner visits beef n burger in bochum, to see how its done.
