"we chose this facility because it was light and airy. our order for coffee was taken immediately. we sat down on the fact that it was actually a bit tired and grubby. my man and I chose both a "crack of waffel" for a late breakfast...treat that was a bad choice. this court consisted of four tiny business bought ‘Waffeln’ with a scatter of obstinately arranged under a buck of smooth cream with the merest excavator of maple syrup. I have planned freshly made waffles and didn't think to question this. that waited me to think that our breakfast was cooked rather than assembled. I told the manager that I expected from homemade waffeln, but there was no answer."

We stopped here whilst travelling home from holiday and had a good lunch. The staff were friendly, we felt safe and people obviously come here regularly for lunch. I had the scrambled egg with smoked salmon on granary toast.

Came for birthday drinks with friends, on a very busy Saturday night (7/8/21). Drinks were lovely and service was amazing, however slightly slow. Not enough staff on shift. Bartender’s Alex and Camilla did not stop all night despite the place being extremely busy. Couldn’t thank...them enough. Excellent work. Voir le carte

we visited louisa’s place in a Sunday for a floorless brunch. there were 3 of us, I, my daughter and my daughter in law. the food was nice, the drinks were nice and flowing, but what really did was the service of the staff, molly and...Alex was nothing too much annoyed. would definitely recommend and will visit again. thanks for a wonderful afternoon.

Just popped in to Louisa's on Saturday afternoon for a quick drink. What a pleasant surprise to find it comfortably busy. Staff very welcoming attentive made us feel very much at home safe). Lovely buzzy atmosphere great playlist, also checked out the...menu for next visit, plenty of choice for snacks brunch very appealing. Think this could become a regular haunt.

louisa’s has a really good menu with many gluten-free options, especially for breakfast. we called on Sunday toast to smoked salmon, which should be treated like a beautiful weekend. the reality was cold unbuttered toast with very...ordinary scrambled eier, it was a generous part of the smoked salmon was ok. it just felt so common, not in the least appealing. I wouldn't mind. Voir le carte

we went here to breakfast because the usual facility we used was closed over the Xmas/new year break and because the new abandonment in the city was on face masks, although the law was not. we knew that louisa was from great nights, but they hadn't tried to eat them on the day. thanks to the other two, we have now discovered the best breakfast in the city and with the best trips with great service. it only shows that often the best is right under the nase. the others eat on the menu also looked great.

"I visited my daughter and son-in-law last week and on my request they had booked a table for us on black horse on Saturday night at 1 o'clock. we arrived shortly before the pm and all four of us stood in the bar where two were served. it wasn't busy. no one told us anything until the bar was clear and then one of the ladies looked at me and I said we booked a table in my name of my daughter and she saw the bookings and said oh yes, we had table assigned and pointed into another room. there was no greeting no smiling, so we met our way to the table and sat there. there were no menus on the table, so I stood up to find some and someone only made their way from the other room in the direction of our table. we ordered drinks that were in themselves a task, as they had no free or dietary limmonade, so I had to go to the end for a gin with slimline tonic. then we ordered four different meal times. I ordered a vegetarian curry in naanbrot and when it finally came, I was so disappointed because the naanbrot was burned and the curry was cold on the outside, so I asked them to take it back. the waitress asked if I wanted to order something else and I went back. my daughter then shared some of her meals with me, who were chicken pupils. they were coated in a teig that was extremely fat. the menu does not seem to come out of any meal with fresh vegetables, everything seemed to come with chips and draughts, even the Steak-Mahl came only with chips and draughts, no mushrooms, tomatoes, wobble rings or something. I wasn't impressed. for a pub that wants good reviews, I think they have lost the property. the customer service is everything and fresh vegetables is essential. I'm sorry to be the bearer worse, but we won't come back."
