Always busy here. We often only order for pickup. You can park easily on the side street. Pizza and pasta, as always at L Osteria, super delicious... the kids love it.

5 stars on everything. The service is really great. We felt very welcome. We also thought the pizza was great. Whenever we are in Frankfurt for work, we check into the hotel opposite. What could be better than eating a good pizza here! We'll be back!

Before placing my order, I asked an employee if I could use my 172 Amore hearts for a free pizza if I only paid for the drinks beforehand so that I had enough points (175). After ordering, the employee told me to redeem the voucher. I was shown a barcode, he wanted to scan it, but couldn't and asked me to close the app and restart it. The voucher suddenly expired, payment was no longer possible with it and even the manager couldn't help and made us pay the full price. I've eaten there many times, but I've rarely experienced such bad service. Never again!

Edit: I've been to L'Osteria more often in the last 2 3 years and I feel more and more comfortable. The food is always delicious, the portions are large, and the price is reasonable. The service can sometimes be mixed, the store is always full, so you can sometimes wait a long time but everyone is usually friendly and accommodating. Always a good address for a delicious meal!
