Service is faster than at L'Osteria in Pfersee and more motivated. The pizza is as delicious as ever.

This wasn't our first time there. It's always an experience. A big thank you to Pascal. He was extremely accommodating and very friendly. I would also like to thank Pascal for the tiramisu. From now on, we only want to be served by him.

Everything was consistently good, both the food and the location. Sometimes quite loud. Service was fast and attentive, and quite friendly. It wouldn't be my first choice, as it's a long way from me, but when I'm nearby, I always enjoy coming here and am satisfied. There's a nice outdoor seating area, and I especially recommend the iced teas.

Sehr große Pizzen für den Preis. Habe mich wohl gefühlt. Da jedoch ein sehr großer Raum mit wenigen Teilern vorhanden ist, ist der Geräuschpegel ein wenig höher. Aber es ist wieder ein Besuch wert. Not like it used to be – a shame I was a long-time guest at L'Osteria and really appreciated the large, delicious pizzas. Unfortunately, the quality has noticeably changed recently. The pizza on my last visit wasn't as good as it used to be – the dough was soft, the toppings were spread rather carelessly, and the whole thing tasted rather bland. The freshness and care that used to make the food stand out is lacking. The service was also attentive, but overall, everything seemed a bit hectic and disorganized. It's a shame, because the ambiance is still beautiful and inviting. Overall, my visit was disappointing. I hope they place more emphasis on quality again.

I would especially like to highlight Sandra from the service team – absolutely attentive, friendly, and professional. She remembered our requests without taking notes and executed everything perfectly. Such service is truly not to be taken for granted and made the visit something special. The food was also excellent: The pizza, as always, was huge and crispy. My daughter's special request was fulfilled superbly. You can tell that quality is a priority here. We're really disappointed with the food at Losteria in Augsburg-Lechhausen. 1. The kids' pizza tastes like nothing. Our son usually likes pizza. But he took one bite and looked at us questioningly. We tried it and thought the same thing. 2. My wife ordered a margarita with olives. Unfortunately, there were only 7 olives on the huge pizza. It tasted much better in the past. 3. I ordered a marinara. No garlic on it! That's the worst, and hardly any seafood. Quite lean, to say the least. I can't understand why. We ordered the pizzas by phone and picked them up ourselves.
