Lobstar - Menu

Great food! Nice atmosphere, but it is a little noisy when full. great service too. Recommended!

I have been dining at Lobstar for years! The service is always delightful and the food is amazing!

My partner and I decided to take a stroll in Dun Laoghaire and unexpectedly found ourselves in Monkstown.

Food was excellent good quality ingredients beautifully cooked. Good advice from the server which helped us make good decisions.

Great menu for all tastes and ages! Prawns were buttery and garlicky deliciousness. Lobster roll and Cod mains were excellent too! Desserts looked spectacular and staff were really attentive

One of the best restaurants I’ve been. Menu is interesting and creative and I like to be surprised with the flavours and combinations. Service was friendly and they surprised us with our anniversary dessert. The atmosphere was really great and we will definitely come back and bring our friends along.

A little restaurant in Monkstown, with the atmosphere of an quiet cafe but the food of a Michelin star restaurant. Genuinely' the best Thai prawn curry I have ever tasted, with calamari and lobster that is beautiful. The waitresses could not be more helpful and friendly, and my year old even hugged a waitress on the way out as she had befriended him so. Will definitely be revisiting this diamond!

I thought the food was excellent. I had the steak for main and tuna to start. Both dishes full of flavour and very enjoyable. Shared a nice bottle of Malbec and finished it off with a Baileys coffee. As good a meal as I have had in a while. I managed to taste the lobstar roll and escalopes which were also very good. Veronica (i believe one of the owners) managed to accommodate my sister who is pregnant and move us from the counter to a normal table. Excellent experience overall.
