"This was our first meal in Tuscany. It was one of the rare places open on sunday and luckily, it was great! Fabulous service and very tasty dishes. The porc pici was actually the best pasta I had while in Tuscany! They offered us a glass of vinsanto before we left and I really wish we could have gone back before leaving. Amazing value for the price AND open on sunday!"

"We were so very happy to dine at Tramaligno on 24 October, 2023. We last were here in 2015– Otto ani fa. The restaurant is so nicely decorated, and the food is outstanding. Even better than what we had the last time we were in Italy, We tried the polenta frita con fegatini, polenta frita con porcini— both were so tasty, crisp, well presented. Also tried lamprodotto; one with tomato based sauce, ant the other incorporated fresh cabbage which is in season. I preferred the one with cabbage, in fact I would return there just for that dish, it is so delicious. We also enjoyed a typical tomato and bread soup which was most enjoyable.Also we had a ravioli with truffle sauce, pici alla nana (duck), and pasta with a chianina ragu. We ate everything and enjoyed every bite. Pastas were cooked perfectly al dente, sauces were absolutely delicious. We had 2 house wines; one a Syrah, the other a Chianti. Both were excellent choices, and they have a very nice list of wine offerings in addition. The Tramaligno has a focus on local producers, special producers, and seasonal produce. We have eaten at many places in the area from Regello to San Gimignano, to Volterra, to Arezzo, to Loro Ciuffena, etc., inToscana. This is by far the top of our list. Better than all the other places in Val d’Arno. We wish we could live closer so we could dine there more often. It will always be a special place in our memories. In the photo below, I apologize that I only remembered to take a photo after we had begun eating. We were so focused on the food and flavors, photos were an after-thought."

"Abbiamo mangiato due pizze (Quattro stagioni e Wurstel e Patatine) da Stroncapane per cena. Location molto carina e suggestiva, ci siamo seduti nei tavolini in piazza. Pizze molto buone, un po' sottili rispetto a come le fanno a Milano, ma per me è stata una bella scoperta! Il proprietario è stato davvero gentile! Consigliato!"

"Ristorante immerso in una villa storica in cui c’è anche l’hotel, lo stile è antico e si respira storia in ogni angolo della struttura. L’atmosfera del locale è rilassante e silenziosa. Ravioli con basilico, burrata, parmigiano e rigatino davvero ottimi e carne di maiale altrettanto buona. Il dolce (tiramisù era un po’ troppo pannoso/cremoso ma davvero buono anch’esso. Prezzo un po’ alto dei piatti, anche con lo sconto di TheFork, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena."
