Dinner on the terrace. A beautiful view. Well-spaced tables, protected from the sun and professionally set up. We tried the “Lobster with saffron sauce and swiss-chard stalks”, we won: impeccable presentation and flavors to match. Perfect staff. Average dish at €30/35, dessert at €8/10, glass of wine at €15. La prima sera, arrivati al Turin Palace Hotel stanchi del viaggio, abbiamo voluto approfittare del ristorante per una cena a dir poco squisita. Il tartufo bianco di Alba l 'ha fatta da padrone e noi felicemente sudditi del profumo e sapore sparso a scaglie sulle pietanze. Il prezzo al grammo non ci ha minimamente influenzato secondo la massima meglio un giorno da leone che cento da pecora .Ottima la prentazione, ricco il menù come pure la lista dei vini. Malvina and the team provided an exquisite dining experience. Service was exemplary. Malvina was lively and enthusiastic. Dining room decor was elegant. The fresh bread and bread sticks were some of the best we’ve tasted in Italy. Primi pastas were beautifully presented and tasted delicious. Pork ribs were tender and well seasoned. Salad was fresh and well washed. Dessert was theatrical with the chef coming out to prepare a trio of sorbet scoops in a Sicilian brioche bun. A very memorable and tantalising dining experience. Magnificent restaurant during the week when the chef is there: homemade breadsticks, appetizers, seasonal mushroom dishes, agnolotti to die for, magnificent typical dessert 'bunet ' and delicious little cakes offered... Jazz and felted; impeccable and multilingual service. On the other hand, the level drops suddenly on Sunday and Monday on the 'bistro ' menu for hotel guests: overcooked fish and mediocre meat, accompanied by boiled vegetables that seem straight out of a bag of frozen foods. Picard... At 35 euros a dish, it hurts. Even the breadsticks were not as good! clearly not homemade that day .
