Le Soufflé - Menu

Lovely local restaurant that offers wonderful souflés, both savoury and sweet. I had a parmentier of duck, followed by a lemon souflé, and would have returned the next evening but they were fully booked.

Nous avons passé un excellent déjeuner ici. Il y avait le risotto au homard Super endroit dans le quartier C'est un endroit très connu de la Fashion Week de Paris. Je suppose qu'il faut le visiter à Paris

they get an appetit and eat all sorts of soufflé to their hearts content. especially loved her grand marnier one for desert where she left an oversized bottle of it on her table for refilling in her free time!

Très chic ! formule midi à 23€. Comme son nom l'indique, la spécialité du soufflé est... le soufflé! au moins 10 variétés proposées. Il est très bien servi, pour éviter si vous avez une réunion dans l'après-midi: idéal pour un repas d'affaires.

Très bon endroit pour dîner d excellent souffle et variété de choix de même q en dessert tous excellent les un et les autres je viens deux fois dans l année jamais déçu personnel au petit soin et tarif convenable je recommande vivement il mérite

what a fun restaurant to visit while in paris. we were treated with a 3 course souffle menu, although they had other items. the service was excellent, eating tasty and atmosphere very comfortable. I would recommend le souffle to anyone who visits paris, and to a delicious paris meal!

Rapport expérience/qualité/prix intéressant pour qui veut manger des soufflés.Dans une salle un peu impersonnelle, une carte courte mais bien construite autour des soufflés.Ils sont maîtrisés, pas mauvaise surprise.Surement un peu trop de farine dans la sauce Henri IV et de sucre dans le soufflé citron.A saluer des vins à prix cohérents.

I booked this restaurant in advance b/c I heard it was wonderful and it was not disappointed. we made lunch before our tour through the d'orsay museum. they knew that we had a time limit and they had us well in our time frame....We all loved our middaysufflés, from elfenbein to sweet decisions. it was really one of our best meals in paris. Don't miss it. they don't speak much English, they still communicate well. I recommend this restaurant.

We booked this restaurant for our first night in Paris after seeing a number of mentions of it on a Facebook forum I am on. I am so glad that we booked it! The restaurant is rather small, so be sure to make a reservation,...but it is very tastefully decorated and the staff know their business. As you can imagine, souffles reign supreme at this restaurant. We enjoyed 3 different souffles each. Their starter souffles are quite large in my opinion, but I was not prepared for the size of the main souffles! Husband had the Souffle Beef Bourguinon and I had the Souffle Henry IV and both were amazing. After that, we each had a different dessert souffle. My only complaint with the souffles is that t...
