Beautiful view, friendly staff delicious food. The lunch menu of the day was incredible and cannot wait to try the evening menu! One of the best restaurants in the region.

panorama magnifique, cuisine raffinée et savoureuse, un pur rêve. en semaine le restaurant propose un menu 55 avec amuse-bouche, entrée, plat, pré-dessert et dessert. c'est juste fabuleux, une fête!

Nous avons choisi de manger à la carte plutôt qu'au menu car plus attiré par notre propre sélection de plats. Tous les pats étaient bien présenté et très bien préparé avec une cuisson parfaite. Large palette de vin au verres et sinon, superbe carte avec crus locaux et vins internationaux.

My husband and I celebrated Valentine's Day belatedly by treating ourselves to the gastronomic dinner at the Chef's table, situated bang in the middle of the kitchen. The food was fantastic, the service excellent and being able to watch from up close the food being prepared was the best. Will definitely come again.

Cuisine de rêve, découverte et créativité, desserts magnifiques, excellente cave.Panorama époustouflant, terrasse, SPA just amaizing.Service de haut niveau, Pierre Crépaud, 1étoile au Michelin, une belle personne.Magnifique endroit pour une soirée de gala. We were there twice for lunch recently. Food, service and the panorama were 1st class. Unfortunately due to the Coronovirus outbreak the restaurant is now closed until mid June as informed. The owner came to say hello and goodbye, what a lovely gentleman. Very sad...situation for all...Good luck and hope to see you guys again soon in June, can't wait ;

Had several meals here over a 3 night stay with family in late July. Breakfast best omelette I think I’ve ever had. Egg whites w/cheese; bacon on the side. Delish! Lots of other options including pastries, crepes, lox, fruit, etc. more extensive menu than...any other place I visited in Switzerland. Snacks excellent wine list full bar. Caesar salad w/chicken hit the spot. Dinner not surprised this restaurant has Michelin distinction! 5 adults 2 kids we all did the tasting menu wine pairings (for the adults! sitting at a window table. I think it was the “why visit the sea” one. Every dish was better than the last. Corn, melon, wagyu, arctic char are standouts for me. Thank you for the outstand...

Je pense que c’est difficile faire mieux. Service extraordinaire, le menu découverte juste un voyage culinaire incroyable. Le maître d’hôtel ainsi que le personnel des passionnés de la restauration et du service. Pour l’instant, c’est de le meilleur restaurant de la station, et je pense...un des meilleures que j’ai eu l’occasion de visiter. Encore merci pour votre service, disponibilité et accueil très chaleureux.
