A beautiful reality in Calabria. Finally an elegant, panoramic place and where you eat well. We took a tasting menu. Baccalà appetizer excellent, first of good fish, grilled curd with very good contour. From the sweet I expected more, slice of chocolate cake and red wine accompanied by a cream tuft. I guess I always wanted to eat in this restaurant. When I did, he didn't betray my expectations. A seasonal and fresh tasting menu. Good quality. Note that it is not good: We ask to prepare for a person a separate dish, compared to the three tasting menus we order. At first not only the answer was NO, it was mainly rude. I had to insist on making a single dish! That said I recommend it anyway because everyone can not have a day.

Sublime... The first time in July 2022 we dined choosing the fixed menu earth tradition from 40 euros per person i.e. tastes from the 'antipasto, first, second to the dessert. All exceptional, a combination of original flavors and aromas in simplicity. (e.g. Tagliolini zucchini and clams)We returned to September, this time choosing to paper, as a starter the Sifonata, a unique delicacy. The pasta is made at home by them and finally the sweet thousand leaves whose leaf and the goodness of the cream leave ecstatic.

Le Clarisse is one of the most unique and beautiful hotel and restaurants I've ever seen. Located above Amantea, the views are spectacular. However, the real treasure is inside.The hotel exists inside of an old converted church, and is full of unique and interesting architectural elements that make you feel like you're living like royalty.The restaurant has two sections, a beautifully decorated interior area, and a scenic outdoor panoramic patio with breathtaking views. The fish I ate here was perfectly cooked, and the sauces were unique and flavourful.Also, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.
