Boucher célèbre à Paris et en France. Il est situé au sous-sol de la maison galeries Lafayette. la viande est d'une qualité incroyable, on peut la sélectionner et on sait la cuisiner directement dans la boutique.

After I saw it on tw, I wanted to visit this butcher shop. it was a great meeting hugo in person. I tried to order the entrecote, but was recommended to the faux file. the faux filet was good, but nothing very special.

The butcher is already one of the best in Paris, but the lunch you can have is just terrific as soon as you are looking for meat...... it is pretty expensive but your plate are full and the beef is just unbelievable, very tastiest. Voir le carte

We booked online prior to our visit and ate here the first night of our trip. The weather was hot so we sat outside for a drink and the went into the very comfortable restaurant. The food was amazing, the restaurant decor excellent and the...staff very attentive and friendly. We would love to come back again.

Had the pleasure of being invited for dinner at Desnoyer on a Wednesday evening. Excellent ambiance, service friendly and quirky, little flaws but that's part of the charm. Having diner in a daytime butcher shop turned improvisation restaurant at night is a rarity, and it...works because of the quality of products, simplicity and generousity of the people running it. Highly recommended.

We booked online before our trip as they only serve lunch and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is run by one of THE best butchers in Paris, Hugo Desnoyer, out of his shop in the 16th. Everything that came out of the kitchen was...magnificent and it was so amazing to watch them at work while eating. We were even lucky enough to receive a tour of the meat locker and talk with Hugo himself as he told us all about his philosophy etc. Voir le carte

On n'a pas toujours envie de manger dans un restaurant classé Michelin, mais vous pouvez manger des viandes de qualité Michelin dans le parc ou dans votre chambre. Les pâtés faits maison sont brillants, abordables et parfaits pour une collation ou un pique-nique ou, notre préféré, une portion de carpaccio fraîchement coupée ! Ils proposent également une petite sélection de salades qui accompagnent parfaitement leurs délicieuses charcuteries.

This butcher shop in Paris not only sells cuts of meat but also offers a dining experience. Although the space is small, it is very comfortable and full of ambiance! Selecting your cut and how you wish it to be cooked and being able to...buy the same cut afterwards is priceless! The surroundings add to the experience,the choices of both wines and meats will satisfy most! Service is good, pricing is not unusual for Paris and there is no rush!

unexpected restaurant in a butcher shop (not metzger, one of the best) once a week they turn the shop into a restaurant for meat lobbies. the entry through the kitchen is not exactly the best first impression you can get, but preview what comes...next is probably the best meat choice they can have. the menu offers on the best meat (bef, calf, pork, pork, good appetizers and deserts and an interesting wine list. the personal is really nice and welcoming.
