Las Iguanas Basingstoke

I really enjoy coming to this restaurant. They offer amazing gluten-free options and it always has a relaxed atmosphere. I always have a great time when I come here.

Had bottomless brunch here on the bank holiday weekend. The food came out so quick and the amount of drinks we had in the two hour period was so worth while. Our first waiters Gabriel and Artur were so attentive and made our experience extra special. Can’t wait for our next booking, thank you

We were served by Erin, who was really lovely, amicable and attentive to our needs. This was our first time dining at Las Inguanas and she made us feel welcomed and looked after. Visited on 1st May 23 about 13:30. We were in town and just decided to go for a bite to eat. Glad we chose Las Iguanas as the service,food and drinks were excellent. The server (Amy) was extremely helpful and informative when it came to the menu. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble for her. We will definitely return.

Disappointed! I had the calamari to start with, which was just very greesy and overcooked and didn't taste like calamari at all and the main course was Xinxim, or something like that, and was not as good as it used to be. It was also far too hot in there and made me feel really ill towards the end of the evening. The staff were lovely and the service was good. I won't be going back.

The Latin American food at this restaurant is incredible. They offer a wide variety of options ranging from healthy meals under 600 calories to hearty dishes that are sure to satisfy any appetite. They are attentive to dietary needs and allergies, asking multiple times to ensure everyone is accommodated. We didn't have to wait for a table, even during a busy lunchtime on Mother's Day. Very nice place you may visit specially for bigger portion sizes when you need them for big group. Taste was amazing and prices are, as usual, affordable. Toilet was clean and the place was tidy. Waiters and staff were welcoming. I’d say go to these places more often as they are affordable and you leave well fed and why won’t you. The service was quite slow but all the staff were lovely, except for the chef (short blonde hair, tattoos). She was so shouting and aggressive with the rest of the staff, really unfairly rude and quite off-putting to listen during our meal. Our children were asking questions as to why she was so mean to everyone etc. Loved the food, loved that we could all share etc, loved the kids trying new things bit I'm afraid I we wouldn't go back to the Basingstoke branch due to the chef with a god-complex ruining the atmosphere

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for cocktails, food, and service! They have great offers for cocktail lovers. It can get crowded in the evenings with many people coming in for drinks, but dining in is not a problem if you make a reservation. I was surprised to see a recent 1-star review complaining about management not accepting a photo of someone's ID on their phone. You wouldn't be able to enter a club with it, so why expect to use it for drinking? It's refreshing to see a responsible and well-managed food and drink establishment in Basingstoke! Voir le carte
