"we have dimmed countless paints here, much more entertaining, in the restaurant of the family paradisi. in the post-covid world this was one of the few restaurants that still produce top quality eating and good service. the owners and the personal followed the Kovid protocols strictly....We have dined outdoors, had great service of enrico and personal. as usual, their fish dishes were unusual and perfect. we had paccheri with sampi, mush and calamari, perfectly cooked in the most elegant sauces. her fish risotto is a favorite of our whole family, but it was not offered. the usual filetto di spigola was excellent as usual. the wine list is his passion and they should listen to his suggestion, as he will always listen to their personal preferences and their chosen menu to help them. we had the orange semifreddo that was excellent. her espresso is always elegantly presented with a cover. delicious personal and excellent meal as usual."

Stumbled upon this cosy restaurant in the piazza of Casole D’Elsa, what a nice surprise! Cosy outdoor seating, lovely host and most importantly: one of the most delicious beef tartare’s I’ve ever had. 10/10 would recommend :

Locale storico curato. La proprietaria e il babbo simpatici e professionali. Abbiamo mangiato pesce ed era tutto buono e di qualità. I paccheri ai frutti di mare buonissimi e anche i gamberoni com lardo su crema di ceci. Ottima carta dei vini. Prezzi giusti.

next to a beautiful path next to elsa river you will find a fantastic resturaunt in colle. everything was great. the host are wonderful people and my wife and I enjoyed every part of the meal. the best brot I ever had and the gluten-free option...for my wife was also great. amazing meal times and great deserts and coffee. would recommend to everyone!

Sono stato con il mio amico di Genova in questo ristorante di Colle Val D'Elsa a metà ottobre scorso in occasione di un'escursione in questo borgo. Senza dubbio un ristorante ad alti livelli, di ottima qualità nonostante i prezzi non siano molto bassi. L'ambiente è molto accogliente e inoltre il proprietario molto cordiale, ci troviamo esattamente nella piazza Arnolfo di Cambio, la più nota di Colle. Tutte le pietanze sono meritevoli di essere provate presso questo posto che consiglio senza dubbio per un pranzo in terra toscana.

We picked this restaurant for the first of our two nights in the town, on the basis of its reviews on Trip Advisor. It is located on the main square but we were out of the peak season and the restaurant was fairly quiet. Family-owned,...the service is attentive and quick, and the menu very extensive, leaving us with a lot of decision-making. The style is very traditional, right down to the linen tablecloths and napkins. We enjoyed a range of dishes, mostly very well prepared and tasty if, at times, a little heavy with sauces.
