"We had a delightful dinner at this wonderful restaurant in Hatch End! I can confidently say that the quality of the food is exceptional and surpasses London standards. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, offering detailed explanations about the menu and even showing us the shapes of their homemade pasta. We took the manager's recommendation to try the Puglia red house wine, which paired perfectly with our starters of calamari and tuna tartare, as well as our main courses of sea bass, homemade seafood pasta, and truffle tagliatelle. For dessert, we enjoyed the Stella Chocolate, which the manager suggested as a special of the day, and it was divine. Our bill came with a complimentary limoncello, a lovely touch. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for its quality food and excellent service, and we will definitely be back as soon as we can!"

The food here is excellent, and the staff is very helpful. Everything is fresh, and the pasta is made in-house. The portion sizes for the pasta dishes are likely appropriate according to standards, but I found them a bit small for my liking, as I have a big appetite. Overall, this is one of the better Italian restaurants in the area.

An amazing small authentic Italian restaurant in my aria! I been yesterday evening and enjoyed a real burrata,a tagliatelle in a aged parmesan finished with fresh truffle,then them the real tiramisu,exactly how you will find just in Italy! We had a wonderful experience at Laboratorio Pasta, thanks to the fantastic service from Enzo, the manager, and a lovely Portuguese waiter. The food was exceptional, and we especially want to commend the chef for the unique Tuna Tartare and Avocado dish. Both the pasta and gnocchi were fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was also pleasantly romantic. Congratulations to everyone involved in making our visit so enjoyable!

we arrived quite late in the evening at the restaurant and were greeted by a really friendly waitress. she was extremely helpful to explain what some of the dishes were. if they are a truffle lover, I would highly recommend asking for the truffle special. it was just the best truffle pada I had in london. total laboratorio is easy on the expensive side and the menu is quite small, but none of the food disappointed and the service was brilliant:
