"Spectacular falls short to describe this restaurant located in the town of Aguamarga. In addition to the food (which is brutally good) the experience and treatment of each one of the professionals is a delight. As recommendations for dishes, the piquillo peppers, the spring onion and the octopus as dishes to share, and finally their lemon pie which is crazy, at the same time as the dinner itself we reserved for that same week to be able to go again before returning of the vacations. Not to mention the breads that they offer you to accompany this delicious dish. We repeat again the piquillo peppers, a dish that seems crazy to me the flavor and how the different components of the dish combine. On this second occasion we tried the eggplant and the scrambled blood sausage, all very good and with a treatment by professionals of 10. If we return without any doubt we will repeat the experience."

The place is very nice, the food is good (without surprising flavors), and the service is friendly and polite. The only thing to recommend is to have a good snack because the portions are very small. Quality-price good but, in quantity-price a scam. I've been to similar places and I think it's the only one of these characteristics that I've left hungry, even though we hurried and repeated the bread several times.

The Villa is truly an exceptional place, wrapped in an enchanting setting. Despite not having a prior reservation, our host Alberto welcomed us with enthusiasm and determination, managing to get us a table. Dinner was a real delight: we enjoyed an exquisite acorn-fed ham, a delicious red tuna tartare and an extremely interesting dish, grilled onion with anchovy sauce, which turned out to be a real delight for our palates. This evening will remain engraved in our memory as an unforgettable night, a perfect farewell to our stay in Agua Amarga. We definitely recommend La Villa as a must-see culinary destination for those wishing to experience an exceptional dining experience in this enchanting...
