"CUCUMIAO in Palau (Sardinia), the best italian, mediterranean restaurant I have ever been to in years. I am going to tell you why you should visit this magnificent restaurant in the middle of this beautiful island. The service is very polite. The waiters have welcomed me very well and asked immediately how our day is going. The boss of the restaurant came to us with the wine card and suggested the best wine for our dishes. He gave us some delicious bread and toast. Afterwards we could taste the wine and we liked it a lot. We have never eaten so much and so well for a reasonable price. I took gnocchi as a starter and lamb for my main dish. It was excellent. The meat melted on my tongue and the gnocchi was made with love and it definitely was self-made. As a dessert I took the typical Italian banger , the tiramisu. It was delicious. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. It is a typical Italian style. You see a lot of bottles of red wine on the wall and it gives us a pleasant atmosphere. We sat outside in a covered verande that still let in some sunshine.7 The location was great. We found it easily and it was clearly indicated on the road. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who loves a good Italian or Mediterranean dish in a pleasant restaurant with very kind people."

"pizzeria situata all'ingresso di un resort con splendida vista mare. Abbiamo ordinato un cerchio di mare e due pizze. il cuoppo, del costo di previsto un pezzo di merluzzo fritto, due frittelle di alghe e quattro bocconcini di pesce come bastoncini di findus; tutti congelati e di cattiva qualità. a dire poco imbarazzante (non hanno nemmeno gli ingredienti forniti dal menu che non ci sono stati comunicati al momento dell'ordine). Dopo aver chiesto chiarimenti, siamo stati applicati uno sconto sul totale. le due pizze erano ingredienti eccellenti e di qualità; niente da eccellere. Nel complesso buona pizzeria in una posizione molto bella."

Waiting there are brought some guttiau leaves pani, the music paper heated in the oven with oil and salt, very welcome and a taste of velvet of potatoes with mushrooms and a sprinkle of bottarga, really delicious. the wait is not long, the first, in abundant portions, appear very well and are very Gothic. combination of fresh tuna with tomatoes. as we are already enough satis, we pass directly to the dessert, a portion to divide us of goat cottage cheese with cherry and crumbled berries. exquisite. to return. Congratulations."

"Il Ghiottone è stata una scoperta piacevole. Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante, piccolino ma curato, la nostra prima sera di vacanza. Il menu è molto limitato, ma i piatti proposti davvero ben realizzati. Abbiamo assaggiato i loro Chiusoni galluresi al sapore di mare, il piatto più apprezzato della serata: sapore unico, deciso, ricco e godurioso! Si poteva assaporare il mare, in tutta la sua freschezza. Il piatto del giorno era rappresentato invece da un 'pacchero con ragù di totano ', altrettanto buono e ben impiattato. Abbiamo poi proseguito con secondo, 'frittura mista ' : frittura gradevole e asciutta , ma non protagonista della nostra cena. Concludendo con l 'assaggio delle immancabili seadas sarde con formaggio e miele, davvero molto buone e di mini seadas alla ricotta con confettura di fichi, anch 'esse apprezzate, anche se la preferenza di tutti è ricaduta sulla classica ed intramontabile. Prezzo ragionevole e coerente con l 'esperienza culinaria vissuta. Servizio presente e cordiale"

"location: Menu: service: price: the restaurant is not beautiful: it has garden (concrete) on the outside with a slightly spartan furniture. the menu offers dishes of fish slightly revisited compared to the classic recipes, but really delicious and of excellent quality. the fish of the day is always available, even the one of good quality. the service is slow, but courteous and always available. the price is related to the quality offered: average for dishes and a local wine. for me is the best seafood restaurant and I always go back to it."
