"I don't normally like leaving bad reviews but this place is def below par. Booked this before attending gig in Hydro, never again. Only menu available was pre concert menu with a starter and main course for £20 however the same options from the a...la carte menu were around five pounds cheaper. They have obviously crammed as many tables as possible into a small space forcing clients to squeeze thru tight spaces and diners constantly having to pull seats in, very uncomfortable. We were sat near the door on a very windy evening and the draught each and every time the door opened was awful. The starters were quite tasty, meatballs and mozzarella options. We then waited around 50 mins for our pizzas as the kitchen appeared to be in meltdown with the waiting staff been"

Lovely tasty food. Attentive staff. Nice atmosphere and would definitely come back again. When they didn’t have all the ingredients for my cocktail twice, they gave me another cocktail on the house as an apology.

eating was really delicious, although simple but good quality. the atmosphere and the place were really good. the personal was friendly and fast in the execution of the order. all cheap. everything in all it was really good.

Visited last night and was disappointed with the pre-theatre menu, only a couple of pasta dishes available as a main, disappointing for an Italian. Service was good, Food was ok, nothing outstanding, I've had much better in the past maybe just an off night,...but food was all very medioca, not much flavour. Toilets need some attention...

close to the concert hall, makes perfect sense for pre-show refreshments and something to eat. bsagne for them who had to be warmed up after it had been served. chickens best for him who was unusually usual in look and taste. at. £20 per main course, not very valuable at all. the NUR highlight. an expresso martini very good. 53 that I should have and should have been elsewhere.

Perfect eating place if going to a concert at the SEC? Think again. We tried the pre-theatre menu last year and our memory said it was actually ok and pretty reasonable. Went back yesterday and felt ripped off. Two courses for £20. Pate starter (tasteless...and wet) delivered in the smallest dish they could find. Chicken main was tasteless and the single potato hard and dry. Lasagne was mushy. Could have been in and out in 30 minutes if we hadn’t had two drinks! £52 wasted.......

they were here often and enjoyed a nice meal in a relaxed but lively environment. but our last visit was cramped and took the edge sad. table from three to what really a table for two. we were also not the only ones, and one of our party was stuck with a stranger on the table next to us, which was for two, but also in a table for three. with tellers, glasses and wine bottle it is least to say. I'm sorry we'll rethink next time. it is only management that their pockets at the expense of the comfort of their diners, which is a scandal.

Was here yesterday afternoon for a late lunch. The place was almost empty but all I can say is it was dreadful. We ordered the prawns and meatballs to start, then the meatball linguine and chicken cacciatore with SPARKLING mineral water and zero alcohol beer....We got our starters within minutes of ordering (really..minutes, no exaggeration). I got chicken something..not cacciatore for sure. They did apologise, give them their due, and the chicken was nice, but I also got still water not sparkling....I mean come on guys. It wasn't even busy...never mind, we have been and won't be back..I will say this they took the drinks off the bill but even at that it was a very poor meal.
