Eccezionale la tartare di manzo di Vicciola Piemontese, salsa bernese, uova di quaglia e tartufo nero, per poi proseguire con il maiale nero di Nebrodi. Come dessert Cannoli, mousse alla nocciola e ribes rosso.. Tutte le portate assolutamente degne di un 'wow! '.. Prezzi giusti davanti ad un servizio e ad una cucina così perfetti"

"I had an amazing stay in the B&B and also tried the osteria. The rooms are perfectly clean, the area is calm and in front of the bus stop. Close to a great viewpoint on Lugano and the lake. Their breakfasts are to die for! Sara makes sure that you have everything you need. Will definitely come back when next time in the area!"

"1,000% recommend!! I visited this charming, wonderful grotto with my family back in August, and it was one of the best restaurant experiences of our lives! The setting is just perfect warm and storybooklike. From the moment we arrived, Roberto was so welcoming. It was great talking with him! His wife Christina's food is absolutely divine. Every dish wowed us! I especially loved the apple gorgonzola risotto and the cheesecake. At the end of the meal, Roberto gave us samples of their limoncello which was such a fun conclusion to our amazing night. I highly reccomend Grotto Castagneto to anyone in the Lugano area!"

"we have spent 5 days in parco san marco ressort, so we decided to eat each evening at another place.
