Best calamari we had in the Cádiz área. Priced fairly and the owner was very kind and attentive. They had large portions of fresh fish you could pick out if you wished to have it cooked right then.

Buenas quiero destacar la labor de Rocio, tuvimos un percance en semana santa, por un problema de salud grave de un familiar y tuvo la amabilidad y empatia de anularnos la reserva. Si vienes a Chipiona ,no te compliques buscando alojamiento,reserva directamente en la española y verás que todavía hay sitios bonitos,buenos y baratos y ya de su personal ni hablamos,para llevártelos a casa son amables,no lo siguiente siempre preocupados por tu bienestar y además el hotel en un sitio estupendo. EL HOTEL LA ESPAÑOLA VIAJERO QUE VAS Y VIENES JUNTO A LA CRUZ DEL MAR EN CHIPIONA LO TIENES

One of the waiter was a disaster, it seemed like he brought us the leftover bread of another table. One of the orders was tuna tartar and we got told it got made of a Japanese chef I don 't trust!! The tuna meat was good quality but the Japanese chef way was a BIG fail. The flavor of the tuna got complete lost, the meat and onion was cut way to big!! Too much syrup on the side, the black salt is just a way loosing money but nothing eatable in such a amount. There is No reason for us to come back!

We liked the Gambas Covidas de Sanlúcar and the Pimientos Fritos Cuerno de Cabra de la Huerta de Chipiona. The Pollo Feliz Empanado con Patatas Fritas Naturales was awful. Both the chicken and the potatoes were under cooked. When we pointed this out, they took the untouched portion of chicken and put it back in the fryer. The result was well cooked chicken in burnt breading. I think the reason for the undercooking was that our server without asking us decided to wait until we'd eaten the shrimp and peppers before bringing the chicken with fries. When we asked for the chicken plate, they rushed get it out to us. Voir le carte
