La Noce - Menu

my daughter and I had a truly never forgotten experience. mr. and mrs. muzzarelli are wonderful. we received a very interesting tour and tasting of mr. muzzarellis balsamic vinegar works. we also enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal prepared by woman muzzarelli. mr. muzzarelli chose the perfect wee to go with our meal. the location and restaurant decoration are both beautiful, but the inviting personalities of the muzzarellis made our trip especially.

Giorgio showed our family of his vinegar barrels, antiques, and very interesting family history. We tasted and learned about the different vinegars, bought a few vinegar bottles, before crossing over to his restaurant where he welcomed us to sit and have some coffee surrounded...by his extensive wine collection. Giorgio's very kind and hospitable manner made our visit so much more enjoyable. We hope to return again to this beautiful region of Italy and eat at La Noce.

we were at this beautiful place, the weather was terrible and although it would have been amazing if the sun seemed, our time here was a great highlight! even if they do not stay, eat in this restaurant and try giorgio’s balsamico is a must!...We loved the balsamika and have bought a series of bottles to drive to Australians. la noce is an amazing restaurant, so a warm beautiful place with so much history. highlights were the beautiful parma ham and olives to begin, fresh made pasta and steak cooked with their amazing balsamico. giorgio and his family are fantastic when they are in the region and do not visit this place, they will miss loving memories and a great desire to return!

What can I say about the muzzarelli? many years ago we first came to this restoration, we will soon be very good friends to these wonderful hosts. giorgio is one of the best weeping examiners I met in my life. he has absolutely clear in mind...as the combination of food wine must be! incredible nase, he is probably also one of the best balsamic vinegar producers throughout the region modena. ivano is a great cook that has learned how to combine balsamico vinegar in her acknowledgement as a few others. We were recommended by family to visit the balsamic region and in particular this restaurant and to do the tasting of the balsamic vinegars by the same owners. This was a highlight of our trip and would highly recommend to other travellers who are in...the area. We started off with a tour of the balsamic barrels that are stored in a large building over the road from the restaurant. This was fascinating as Giorgio also explained (in great English) the process of how the balsamic is created.
