"yesterday we went to lunch in this restaurant behind the duomo di carpi. the owner and the staff of the room welcomed us with freshly baked bread and fresh water and informed on the menu. before proceeding with our orders they had the kindness to prepare in record time two first for the children who were at the table. Passing to the menu we ate taken a selection of appetizers agreed on the moment: weed, fried dumpling with 24mesi parmesan and pistachio and burrata mortar. very good herb! as to the main dishes me and some commensali have ordered the cooked medallion at low temperature, very good! the local also has a wine card to suit everyone!
