"we had dinner at this pizzeria restaurant one evening of the central week of August. No restaurant in the city accepted more than to sit customers: the kitchens were all closing. Given this treatment that reminds us of northern Europe, we walked long before finding, in the most characteristic square of the town, the dehor of the Cave. The waiters immediately made us sit down, hitting us already positively. We immediately realized that the interior kitchen was very small and completely exposed: this allowed us to immediately learn the quality of raw materials. Obviously the view of the small kitchen suggested not to choose from the menu but to ask the very kind of gianni to recommend him what to taste. Because if you notice that the kitchen is small and make different orders, the problem is yours, not the local.. . Gianni and gabriele begin to serve us an excellent flour with prosecchino, followed by fried anchovies and an excellent roast of squid. Then we were advised by ravioli of meat with ragù: exquisite!! The strong point of the room, however, besides the quality of the dishes, are the two waiters gianni and Gabriele. Not certainly young, but precisely for this reason able to tell the story of the gulf of the tigullio. they gave us so many interesting anecdotes and made our special evening.
