"Taking advantage of the first hot evenings and minor school commitments of the children, my family and I decided to try this stubborn restaurant using one of the outdoor tables under a green gazebo. the environment is rustic and convivial but with a set up of rigorous and formal tables. appetizers such as duck speck and dry meat have undergone curiosity and accompanied by artichokes to the judia and to the Roman (continued with a mantecato of pecorino,) have been very appreciated. the first risotto with asparagus and salmon, spaghetti with chicory and pecorino and the classic amatriciana with crispy bacon, have turned out to be very tasty. the lamb carré and the ascè (a hamburgher of freshly cooked beef) were liked by all my family members. Finally, desserts were well prepared and served. the room staff was always friendly and friendly, ready to help in the choice, making sure everything was appreciated. final account in line with expectations. In short, a pleasant evening where my boys enjoyed everything, in a typical Roman atmosphere."

Excellent service, and every part of each course was excellent—we started with the cheese plate, and followed with the prawn ravioli, risotto, and rabbit. However, the menu was all online.

This place definitely deserves a higher rating. We were 3 people ordering 2-3 courses each; each course was fantastic and the service was impeccable. We ordered a lot of traditional Roman dishes but also a steak and each one was made to perfection. Beautiful plating and great ambiance if you get the chance to sit outside . Highly recommend.

I wanted to try the restaurant fraschetta di mastro giorgio intrigued by positive reviews, and the experience was very positive for the kitchen, less for the service. the local is very nice, it is located not far from the metro station pyramid therefore easily reachable by means, and has some places inside and outside under a porch. the menu offers a really wide choice of dishes related to Roman cuisine and the ingredients seemed all fresh and of excellent quality. service unfortunately was extremely slow: we had to wait half an hour only to take orders and an hour to have the first; the couple next to us even went without me even to consume because no one came to take orders.
