Delicious and quick pizzas and fresh salads. Very tasty and the service was good. Overlooking the smaller pool area so easy to head up while relaxing.

Considering this place is situated in a resort, it had a lovely ambiance and felt truly authentic. The welcome was warm and the service friendly efficient and professional. Food was very good. We chose the sharing tasting menu. So all the range of Italian dishes enjoyed. Many locals were enjoying dinner there so clearly not a simple tourist attraction.

fantastic location and unique in its kind. There's nothing going on, really a dream place. impeccable service. only sins the food that has not been up to expectations and everything. some dishes of the good degotation menu, with attention to seasonality and the territory. others from which we expected much more and that instead they did not impress me in the goto.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Borgo Egnazia ed abbiamo optato per cenare al ristorante La Frasca. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione vegetariano per avere la possibilità di assaggiare più piatti. Tutto buono dall'antipasto al dolce. Unica cosa siamo rimasti delusi dal primo piatto. Orecchiette piatto tipico Pugliese con cavolfiore. La pasta era scotta e non aveva un grande gusto. location visited in October 2019 and as written in the resort review I don't know where to begin. 'The location is fantastic in everything! an exclusive resort designed, built and managed by fantastic people. unique atmosphere, a peace for soul and body. a place to recharge, where to regenerate. in the restaurant 'la frasca' there is an excellent typical Apulian cuisine. friendly, sunny, prepared and helpful staff. view of a beautiful pool. all in line with the philosophy of borough egnazia.

Horrible service! The restaurant is located in an amazing place, but the service is absolutely disastrous! One of the worst I’ve ever experienced in Puglia, which is surprising, considering the hype. Sat down at 13.40h. We had to ask several times for someone to come take our order. At 14.25h there was no trace of our drinks and so we had to ask, once more, for them... needless to say, by then they hadn’t even brought us bread... You would think the restaurant was full... not even close: around 50% capacity. It’s a pity because the location is incredible... but if you have an alternative, avoid eating here.

La premessa è che questo resort, ormai è riconosciuto da tutti, è il top in Puglia e tra i più apprezzati a livello nazionale e internazionale. E La Frasca, uno dei suoi ristoranti, non poteva che essere speciale. La location è molto interessante, perché il ristorante si trova sulla terrazza al primo piano di uno dei tanti palazzotti rustici e dai tavoli si può ammirare una parte del borgo e una delle piscine, con il bar all 'aperto, ideale per un aperitivo prima di cena. Un assaggio della cucina si ha subito appena salita la scala: un banco attrezzato con uno chef addetto alla preparazione dei famosi spaghetti all 'assassina ci ha dato il benvenuto e, ovviamente, ha pilotato la scelta del p...
