great experience, 1 star knocked for a court that should not leave the kitchen. the answer of the excellent staff was perfect. we would definitely come back for a 2 star restaurant we were made to feel comfortable and the quality of the ingredients, cooking and service was top notch.

An absolutely remarkable place to experience true culinary excellence. The beverage selection is particularly well-curated, which often tends to focus solely on wine. As a couple, we opted for the six-course tasting menu and were thoroughly impressed. The service was also five-star quality!

dinner for the travel menu. the beginning nibbles are delicate and tasty. the menu itself is disappointing, either too strong or too salty and has even shells in the crab shell, although the presentation of the standards is. dessert saves them all. do they believe that a sir in the front of a name added a person worthy of the recognition makes or instead throw someone with a lot of money? aging, what about those who are titled by lineage or married? do they pull something off? or do they think that it is just more honest when people buy their veneration, money for honor scandal aside.

After dinner, we moved to the Lounge, where Kevin and his team from the Four Seasons welcomed us with fantastic cocktails while we enjoyed a live band. This was yet another highlight of our evening. From start to finish, we felt embraced by a warm and special atmosphere that my partner and I will treasure forever. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience!

Outstanding restaurant food was inventive and succulent, with lots of small surprises amuse bouches along the journey. The staff was exceptional (best I’ve seen in any restaurant, including 3* and 2* Michelin) kind, polite and passionate. We never had to open a door or push our chair, someone would do it for us..! As carb lovers, we particularly enjoyed the bread served with tonka bean butter—it was unforgettable. The crab dish was beautifully succulent, striking the perfect balance between indulgent and tangy. The Baron Bigot parcels were divine, unlike anything we had ever tasted. Both the turbot and the venison with veal were absolutely delicious. The cheese and fig leaf dessert, however, was the only dish that didn’t stand out.
