"There is the choice to sit outside, inside or at the bar. We sat inside as all of the tables outside were full. This is not a criticism but be warned that the staff do not speak any English so brush up on your Spanish. We found our waitress extremely rude and she really made us feel quite unwelcome and that our limited Spanish was a massive inconvenience for her. Realizing that we had limited Spanish she replied in long sentences that we could not understand rather than keeping it simple. Her attitude is really off putting and is really unlike Spanish people we have met before. The portion are enormous so don’t be mislead by price order less and you will be fine. Our chorizo in cider was really tasty. As was the Iberian ham that we did not ask for which was €18. Our food arrived promptly which was great, however, our muscles arrived one hour after we ordered food and as we were trying to leave. It was odd as most food arrived in 10 mins, but we had to take the muscles arriving after nearly one hour….. I won’t return despite our food being nice as there are so many other nice places near by."

We ordered off the menu and couldn’t be happier with the food. Started with a tuna and egg salad and patatas bravas, followed by the pulpo a la plancha and the sausage casserole way too much food for two people but so hard to choose from an extensive menu. All great flavours but hands down the pulpo was the best choice tender and deliciously seasoned with smoked paprika and suckers baked to crunchy perfection.

Restaurante en medio de a calle carretera de Puente la Reina. Menu 16,5€ dentro y 17,5€ en terraza. Menú variado para todos los gustos. Raciones buenas y calidad buena con una presentación buena. Servicio bastante rápido y ok. Ensaladilla rusa casera con base lechuga muy buena. Escalope con patatas y pimientos: escalope tierno y bueno. Patatas ¿¿?? tengo mis dudas de que sean caseras estoy seguro que NO) y para mi les faltaba sabor. Pimientos seguro que son del pueblo ya que es pueblo de pimientos. Calidad muy buena pero para mi les faltaba un poco de cariño cocinarlos un poco y con su salsica o plancha). Peras al vino: caseras, muy bien cocinadas. Muy agradables. Para mí la pega que tenían...
