"here is always good, but the last time I have to admit some perplexity. I'm afraid the desire to innovate can play bad jokes. We ordered crunchy shrimps in kataifi pasta with pink mayonnaise, excellent, but the artichoke with parmesan foam was very disappointing. for various reasons: the artichoke was well cooked, but nothing special and the parmesan foam had little to do with the artichoke. In addition, a single artichoke, even a small one, at 12 € seemed definitely exaggerated. in the best restaurants for artichokes, typically Roman cuisine, they always need at least two, more good and less expensive. Then we took the stuffed squid, also good, but without leaving a particular sign and the poon ravioli in black cabbage sauce. The latter also left me very puzzled: excellent ravioli, but the black cabbage sauce was a decidedly loser combination compared to the traditional roast sauce. I hope to be wrong, but this desire for innovation at all costs, I find it stunned for the place. Restaurant always great and with deep roots in the tradition of the place. To leave the old road, which has decreed its success, for the new one risks to distort its character. I will continue to follow its evolution hoping not to change character. we stayed in this restaurant with friends and enjoyed the elegant decor of the rooms. PET FRIENDLY Nice location in a private old farm. One of the best service i neve ever get in my travel, operated directly by the son of owner. Very pleasant menu, with good selection between meat and fish. I ordered Fresh maccheroncini with duck ragout: Simply fantastic, explosion of taste! Also the undercut with Porcini mushroom was with top quality of raw material and expert, skilled cook. My wife get the Fassona Tartare which was also delicious. We'll be back for sure again. Not easy to find their location.

The welcome is warm and professional and the inside is lavishly furnished in the style of a romantic villa.
